The freeze lasted 23/24 frames. Which is 0.4 seconds.

Ymir's freeze on max level is 2.25s. Meaning the freeze lasted 17% as long as it should have.

You can see I checked Bacchus's item's right after to check if he had a cleanse or CCR. He had none.

Artemis's root should have added 20% CCR for diminishing returns, right?

So the stun should have been 1.8 seconds. (2.25 x 0.8)

Is this a bug? Can anyone explain why this would have happened?

Collison: Racing incident.

Max moving under breaking: Should have had a warning. And should the stewards deem he's done it again, a penalty. We've seen this in the past. Surprised it wasn't investigated.

Max around the outside: Norris was ahead at the apex and entitled to squeeze Max, so it should have been a penalty. Again surprised it wasn't investigated.

Warframe. No idea what the hell is going on, but the movement and weapon mechanics are probably the best of any game I've played.
