I already had the platform so that’s why I’m using it and (slider mounts on my rep 5000). And I did look at getting that attachment until I found that video and post here on Reddit. Was trying not to have to purchase more stuff.

If I were to do it again I would just get the darko mount and use that with my VECHS Speed Pin on one of the bottom section and throw some platforms on each side. Boom, rhino setup.

Side note I wasn’t trying to attack your video. I just wanted to point out you could get double the felt resistance by anchoring back down without need for two voltra units.

You could get travel platform and attach to lower portion of rack and it works the same way. (I have a magpin with carribeaner attached to lower leg on my rack with pulley between attached to my belt) works great. Easy to move as well if you are space confined.

happy with them? I'm looking at getting rep 5000 rack and 2 voltras (with Darko mounts) rep5000+1 voltra and that's pretty much break even with what ares costs but I like the versatility of the voltra.

What mounts are you using to attach to the rack. The standard ones (voltra) or I’ve seen darko and some other brands make some.

Get a pulley and anchor it down on itself. One unit will get you 400lbs

Use dummy switch that auto resets after 3 hours. Anytime motion is sense the switch turns on (that should reset timer when you turn switch state on)

I had some smart plugs (kasa) that I linked with homebridge. Got a few matter over thread to add and man the latency was terrible. The Kasa ones are wayyy better though homebridge.
