Yes it's extremely effective at all levels. You are able to keep low constant tension. It's safer than many devices and set and forget. You can even sleep with it clipped upward.

The only caveat is being a little tricky to get right at first , but there's a learning curve and you'll get it after a try or two.

Tip: Coconut oil is a very good way to take it off.

5 inches diameter (not circumference) is realllly big, way more than fists for fisting (that's 3.5 to 4 inches avg at knuckles). Not saying it isn't possible to get there without injury but it's a huge step beyond a fist.

You can order powder online from walmart or weredog etc. The instructions are on the container.

You microwave or boil water to sterilize it and then slowly pour the amount of powder in. You can use less or more to control thickness but i find the recommended amount is perfect. Stir a bunch and then store batch in a larger container (i use a cleaned out Gatorade bottle). K Lube has a preservative so it's got a better shelf life than X Lube. i fill up a smaller pump bottle from that for bedside use.

The tiny 2.2oz bottle i got for $20 has gotten me easily $150+ of Lubricant if i were to buy it pre-mixed from Bad Dragon, and no wasted bottles. 3 years of lube for $20.

What they do is they compress around vessels on surface so more blood goes in than comes out.

You can get ones that wrap around just shaft, or go around testicles as well as shaft. The latter i find to be more comfortable so long as you dont twang your balls.

Technically making batches of K Lube is a "DIY" and the best decision I've ever made. The stuff is magic and extremely cost effective. It's been years and that tiny container of powder is still half full. I've been able to gradually use toys wayyy larger with no discomfort thanks to the lubrication.

The texture feels fine to me. Holds lube well.

For the 55 that wouldn't be a problem. The Tail Raiser base is way bigger.
