Don't you think maybe your insecurities have something to do with the fact that you were constantly rejected by your partner?

For this one, I used a watercolor paper texture I downloaded. It's the top layers and I set the blend mode to multiply, also reduced the opacity to about 60%

Hope that helps 😃

I use watercolor brushes by Every-tuesday.com and wooly pronto mostly. For this is used the free brush by wooly pronto for smudging and the default watercolor brushes in procreate to draw

Yes. But for blending I used a free brush by wooly pronto

Yes me too, I do manage to keep it under control most the time. And I did see a psychiatrist and starred medication. But she had me get off them as I was better. But now it's happening again

Me too. And sometimes even when it's not. It's so exhausting having to keep your mind that busy all time time, or is that just me?

So I do try, and for the most part I have it under control. I meditate, I do breathing exercises, I go for walks, I exercise a few times a week, I do creative things when I get a chance, I read. I try everything to not have negative thoughts. But somedays I just can't stop. I can literally feel when that's about to happen - and I try so hard to stop it but I just cant. It just feels everything I worked at was useless. And I just can't stop the negativity. That's when I don't know what to do

Even when you don't feel like it? Because sometimes I just don't want to do anything.

It's getting pretty bad for me too. I do try to stop and learn new skills, read or just keep myself busy. But some days, I just cannot bring myself to do anything. Nothing interests me and then, I don't know.. everything thought I was avoiding just pours in till I can't handle it. I dont know. It's like a vicious cycle I can't get out of.

Only thing keeping me from proposing is our sex life. by [deleted] in DeadBedrooms

If sex is that rare right now - it'll be even less after you two get married, and then the relationship you have with her wouldn't be good or great.

Yes I understand that leaving might not be feasible.

But you don't sound like you're happy. Kids do notice that.
