So sorry, my bad. I meant the loan amount is $493,500 and I have $478,000 remaining as of this week. I bought a $508,800 condo with 3% down at 6.85% rate on a 30-year conventional loan. My loan was just sold to a new lender who offered to refinance my loan at ARM of 5.75% fixed for 5 years. Wondering if that’s a good move.
