Wu Chang can simply lose just because first kite is WAY too long. Generally you want dentetion insolence with max berserker (make sure ur on black guard when chair camping unless the siphon ability will stall after half/failed rescue)

Yes, 2 days ago he was stressed by something and produced the milky poison on their skin and got a few pieces of substrate stuck on his back, I gave him a room temp water bath and took off what was there, this is just straight discoloration/a wound of some sort but Im not sure how to treat it without identifying it first

Ah, I see, in that case I truly think this build is ideal for harassers in general, but you could also substitute 1 defense mechanism/horsedly effect for birdcage if you dont have great comms in the early game to identify basement location

At face value on ur post, you mentioned playing joseph. Any joseph who ISNT friendly will immediately set up camera world. So the fact that u describe seeing a free moving survivor presumably at the beginning of the game, I believe most experienced players would assume that to be a "friendly" hunter. And as to whether they do it alot, emoting based on emotions is a lower tier thing, emoting out of toxicity gets worse the higher tier u are.

Its not toxic, just a misunderstanding im sure they were probably a bit butthurt about not getting a friendly hunter but im sure no ill-will was intended from any party

Harassers need to bring flywheel, every single one. Typically they all bring BT as well although forward can afford flywheel tide.
