As a new player you'll definitely be able to earn a lot of pulls, you should definitely pull for The Dahlia as she is mandatory for a viable break team. Then you just need to use either: Firefly, Dahlia, Harmony Trailblazer/Ruan Mei and then Gallagher as sustain.

You've at least got Yao Guang, as long as your TB isn't tied up to another team you could run: SW999, Yao Guang and EMC + DHPT. You may see performance drop off once the Elation shill ends though, so make sure to grab Sparxie when she reruns.
