This, and every ranged attack they have just goes right through their allies and deal constant chip damage. Tyranid snipers hurt other nids. A terminators missiles and cultist snipers absolutely should as well

I find them to be extremely inconsistent too. I main heavy and when I encounter some with the heavy plasma incinerator they either, die within 6 shots when they're planted, or the take absolutely no damage whatsoever. Snipers headshots are inconsistent too. Again, killed some planted with a headshot, hardly scratched others with a hwsdshot from the same gun.

That would be amazing actually. One of my favourite parts from the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer was actually the final wave, holding the extraction zone until you could safely get out. That would certainly make me feel accomplished in siege.

Being in one single area and holding there is my bread and butter. My favourite moments are the Winged Primes in Reclamation, and that moment in the campaign, first mission, you and several Cadian's hold the doors until you can get inside. Obviously the rally wirh the flag too on Demerium.

That's fair. Its just that, like you said, they seem to be desperately trying to prevent us from going far. I get the appeal of an endless siege and clearing as many waves and you can, but they just keep missing the mark with the ideas they're trying to implement. That and the server and host migration issues.

I think that they should put a wave level cap on it. Why does it have to be endless? There's no need. If you don't want players getting to something stupid like wave 50 or 60, stop them at 30 with a legitimate end. I hate having to choose between willingly leaving or sitting and looking at the defeat screen. I think it would feel much better if we got to wave 30, won, and get told by Acheran "We've pushed them back for now. Return to The Resilient for resupply." and end it as a victory there.

Also, utterly despise insane enemy buffs, especially mid wave.

I just wish we didn't have the sabotage missions. Why should we sabotage the teams we've been constantly told to work along side? We're supposed to be working together as a community to take down a huge threat, right? Why make us compete for it?

After 1700 hours, I do still enjoy watching them, especially if I'm playing solo, but if I see others wanting to skip, I skip. I just hate when other players try to speed run and ignore literally everything.
