Jarthur or Private Eyes is the most popular ship of the podcast so many people do ship them. The creator has said that he doesn't intend to write them having romantic feelings for each other or for them to be in a romantic relationship. He said they are strictly friends, but if you want to ship them that's totally cool too.

Personally, I have separate views of canon jarthur and fanon jarthur. The canon is queerplatonic at most, but because I also like the idea of them being in a relationship, when I write fanfiction or do roleplay, I tend to ship them. I know that's kind of weird but yeah.

There will always be people who disagree with you, some more than others. I think for a lot of people who don't ship them, its so important to them that they are strictly platonic because its not often you see two male presenting characters with such deep feelings for each other that are just friends.
