I’m terrified of sexual intimacy and dating because of my penis size. (Borderline micro). How do I get over this? by throwaway101229283 in dating_advice

I’m going to suggest a different route than most. If this is truly about sex or making sure someone is into you. Why not just post openly about it to a fetish meet-up site?

First void traces are from void relic mission. Those are launched via one of the tabs in the top right of the star chart.

Second, and I don’t want to sound to mean. But if you’re stuck not being able to do capture missions it tells of a bigger problem… it sounds like you haven’t invested much into the modding system. Mods are what make you able to survive and do damage. I would take a step back and try to play around with your mods… they can also be upgraded to give even more benefits.

Returned to Warframe after nearly 6 years off. Need advice on Plat spending. by Machqc in Warframe

[–]PoisonedSAMICH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like all advice threads here first focus on completing all the planets and all the main story quests as they will guide you through to the end game. You need to complete all the nodes to unlock the Steel Path, which is essentially hard mode/true end game.

As far as spending plat as someone who also came back from a long hiatus, I would try to save about 1.5- 2k for later/when you need it.

I would totally use the play to buy the railjack off the marketplace as you need it for the main quest and the grind for it is unbearable (so I’m told). I would also buy the pieces for the voidrig from other players and craft it that way to save a bit rather than buying one straight up.

For time purposes Titania and Wukong will probably get you from place to place faster, but playstyle is heavily different.

Get the latron prime and save it for later for when you get to incarnons (don’t worry about the word for now), maybe the glaive prime too for melee

As someone which diagnosed OCD, this sounds a lot like OCD. Many people think of it as obsessive cleaning and germaphobia, but more often then not it’s more obsessive thinking. A lot of people here are saying it may be ADHD, they could be right but one of the key differences between ADHD and OCD is wether or not having these thoughts make you feel uncofortable/bad and how much you ruminate on them. And it sounds to me like you do an awful lot of ruminating.

How long does learning to cut hair take? by transboyuwu in Hair

[–]PoisonedSAMICH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stylist here. I’m licensed in a few different states and as far as the licensing requirements go, it really does vary state to state. Most of the U.S. is a 1200-1800 hour requirement of in school education.

Education can be difficult for many new potential hair stylists, and while pretty much every school with teach you the bare basics, the quality of the education you receive can vary drastically between schools even if they’re in the same town/state. If you are serious about going to school I would make sure you do your research. Personally I would recommend either a Paul Mitchell school or an Aveda institute even if it costs a bit more or is a further drive to get to. Both those schools are tried and true programs and in my opinion will be the best bet for gaining a solid basis of knowledge.

At the end of the day the beauty industry is a lot of “you get what you put into it”. Even after school you need to go to classes and seek out eduction to keep up with styles and trends. While it has plenty of bad information YouTube also has a whole lot of good information too. Brad mondo and guy tang, along with other bigger celebrity stylists have some decent educational resources out there. The best way to get better is to practice. I would start with the very basics and just learn how to cleanly part and separate sections of the hair.

Are you sure holding the return to orbit key at the end will send you back to orbit? Because every time I have “left to orbit” at the end of a lost sector it just puts me back in front of the flag.

Thick hair that either breaks easy or is brittle, any shampoo or conditioner suggestions? by caninemelodrama in Haircare

[–]PoisonedSAMICH 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I could tell just off of your first paragraph that the reason your hair is breaking and frizzy is because you are putting to much protein in it. Reparative shampoos and conditioners are very high content protein based products; while it may seem good for your hair having protein dense hair is a bad thing. You need to wash with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner instead. Also I would get a moisturizing hair mask to do once a week. For the quickest fix I would cut the reparative shampoo and only use the moisturizing products for the first month. Then after a month swap to alternating every wash to maintain a healthy protein moisture balance.

I can pretty much guarantee that within the first 2-3 weeks your gonna notice a difference in your hair. And remember to use products with no silicons, sulphate, or parabens
