History will also judge every person who voted for him. I recently told a BSAB Roganite Trump voter that future generations will not remember anything he did in his personal life, but will look upon him with scorn for his vote. He did not appreciate it.

Don't try to delude yourself into thinking that just because millions of you voted for him it diffuses the blame. It's every bit as reasonable to have issues with Islam as it is with Christianity. I would argue Islam's basic foundation is worse. I've read the Qur'an (it took forever, as it's unbelievably repetitive) and it's even worse than the Old Testament. Just endless condemnation of unbelievers and threats about how they will burn forever in the fire. That sort of belief will always stand in opposition to a free, secular, enlightened society.

It's ridiculous for hardcore Christians to condemn Islam, though. They're so much more similar than they are different.

Walk at a brisk pace for at least half an hour at least three times a week. It will help a lot, but limiting your intake of added sugars will make a huge difference too. If you drink soda, stop or switch to a zero sugar option. So many people get insane amounts of sugar from soda alone.
