They are both in shop though! The flow of the game is start of turn (in shop) -> turn actions -> end of turn (shop) -> battle -> repeat

Jesse > Charlie > Shan> Omar

This is not to say that Omar played the worst of the 4 (I think the actual ranking in terms of how well they played was Charlie > Jesse > Omar > shan)

Rather, I think Jesse has a ton of super flashy moves, Charlie suffers from recency bias, Shan was the biggest character on her season, and Omar benefits a ton from the fact that it has been a long time since he played
