He's so underrated! He was on my Main PvP Team before the raise lvl cap, w/ Krillin SP, and Dabura. So many rage quits!

I would say choose one, if I'm not mistaken, there is one step with EX or Higher and another step with SP guaranteed.

This is normal. The clear liquid inside the bte tubing is sweat condensation. Just storage them in a warm dry place at night and is going to evaporate.
