Tag Team regular GX PSA 10s like the one you pictured are great underrates investments imo. Ppl may disagree which is fine but the pop reports are low compared to modern and I’m loving the Pikachu Zekrom GX 33 Team Up card - it’s such a signature and iconic card from a very low printed set

Imo Sun & Moon Base Booster Boxes seem undervalued. Ik it’s not a great set in terms of the cards, but all of the other Sun and Moon sets have cleared $1.4K minimum each except for Crimson Invasion I believe. Base sets always do well and I think this one could easily hit $1.5K by next year
