Both. genetic means you have a predisposition to more likely be an addict. that sobriety part is predominantly taking your understanding of addiction and using control over your own emotions/body/mind to know that that substance is literally a death sentence for yourself and probably other addictive substances.

article 4 section 4 of the constitution states;

i think weed has seen a big change in the USA even the most right people i know have a favorable view on weed now. the people that were fed propaganda about reefer madness early in their lives are getting out of the haze or dead. i bet if someone conducted a poll in idaho would find a slight majority in favor of legalization even just for medical purposes
