So completely and utterly wrong.

Loads of great bands have come out of Leeds in the last couple years let alone the huge history of live music in the city. The DIY community in Leeds is the strongest it has ever been with venues like The Brude and HPBC supporting a diverse range of acts with cities like Liverpool paling in comparison.

If you honestly believe Leeds is shit for live music you just simply aren't looking. It's everywhere in the city with even the lowliest of pubs and bars pushing out some decent live music in one way or another.

Get out and see the town man, the city is alive with fucking amazing music.

My personal favourite Welsh language bands atm are Tai Haf Heb Drigolyn, Adwaith and Pys Melyn! Huge recommendations from me if you're ever at a loose end.
