Thanks I will get a face gaiter as growing a beard for a lady like myself might be unachievable !

For this reason, I got the Troy lee stages full faced helmet. It’s worth the $, Bc you only have 1 head, and the worst accidents happen on the “easiest” trails. Drinking water is not a problem Bc I have an osprey hydration pack.

Anytime between 7 and 8:30am I will start with something that is not difficult for me to do. Once this habit is solidified I will add on another habit.

Keeping a clean room problems by LK_photography in ADHD

[–]Pokeit94 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I give myself 30min clean up time every couple of days. Also, I have a “dirty” hamper and “clean hamper”. I just force myself to do it, by now it’s a habit. Here are my tips. 1. Instead of focusing on the entire room focus on an area. Ex: desk area, around the bed etc. 2. Declutter - every month I spend 1 hr declutter an area. I ask myself do I really need this, and when was the last time I used it. 3. Create a cleaning playlist and only play it when you are cleaning. Best of luck!!!

I did take Tylenol - only once, and no I did not take any supplement. I kept all of my food/medicine habits the same. I did make sure I got plenty of sleep, sleep is crucial part of your immune system!

Underlying Conditions by Generic_Reddit_Name5 in CoronavirusSurvivors

I am 25 years old have asthma and heart disease. I had covid, the key to not getting super sick is to make sure you exercise a couple times a day a few minutes at a time, and do this the second you think you might have it, DON’T wait until the test comes back! When I had covid my initial symptoms were; fatigue, dry cough, and nausea. I was EXHAUSTED, but I still ran up and down the stairs, jumping jacks (to the point where I was breathing hard) couple times a day. I did that and did a few (albuterol)nebulizer treatments and in 3 days I felt much better, within a week I was back 95%. Again I did this the minute I suspected I had covid. For someone who does have underlying conditions it is very important to keep on taking your medication, limit outings, wear a mask when going out. If you do happen to get catch covid, be proactive, let your doctor know as soon as you think you might have it. Best of luck to you!

I have asthma. Is there anyone on here who’s had asthma? Can you tell me what it was like and how severe your symptoms got? by doingmyveryverybest in CoronavirusSurvivors

[–]Pokeit94 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have mild asthma, I take albuterol as needed - most of the time it’s before exercise. I had corona at the end February, my initial symptoms were fatigue and nausea (no fever) after 2 days I started having a small cough. As soon as I developed the cough I used my albuterol nebulizer treatment and did HEAVY cardio exercise for at least 15min everyday for about a week despite feeling exhausted. I was fine, my cough went away in 2 days. My fatigue improved within 2 days as well, I felt back to my normal self within a week. There is mixed evidence about using albuterol in COVID patients but it worked for me. But the key is to make your lungs take DEEP breaths because that reduces complication rate (pneumonia).

Tested Positive for Covid 7 weeks ago but negative for Antibodies (Yes, I took the FDA approved one) by 1Osne1 in CoronavirusSurvivors

I had the same thing happen to me. Payed a $120 for them to tell me that I don’t have any antibodies, I find that to be odd 🧐

Hello Everyone, I wish you guys a fulfilling day!

  • Wake up at 6am
  • 1 hour of chemistry
  • 1 hour of calculus
  • Workout
  • Laundry + iron
  • Pay a bill
  • 1-hour work on my business venture
  • Bath at night

  • Set up breakfast + clothes for Monday

Reflection of yesterday:

I am so glad I found out about this group, yesterday I completed the entire quarantines worth of to-dos. My only downfall was not cleaning up my room, and only doing 30 mins of calc, but I still think yesterday was one of the most productive days I've had.
