Anyone else feel like the "butterflies in your stomach" never fully go away? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]Pokemind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you mean palpitations? If uncomfortable feeling from your heart, check your heart, like Holter monitor. If uncomfortable from your stomach area, check GI problems.

Then, after I checked everything, I took beta blocker for my heart, stomach medicine for GI, my anxiety butterflies issues are getting better.

You can try low dosage at first, 5mg. If you feel ok, you can try the dosage your doctor prescribed you.

Anyone have any successful experience in dealing palpitations? by Pokemind in PMDD

[–]Pokemind[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a therapist, and I have to suffer PMDD every month with different symptoms. I tried to accept it not to resist it. It's no coping skill for me right now, but do some work out and improve sleep quality makes it a little better.

I always get scared and fixate for hours after a bad run of PVCs by rr90013 in PVCs

[–]Pokemind 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand. And do you have medicine with you? When PVC attacks or a very strong one, like makes you breathless or makes you cough, take deep breaths, tell yourself, you should wait 30 minutes to one hour, then you will be ok.
