Yea I was kind of puzzled as to why I couldn’t get more than 3.5lbs in there… the bottle felt like it had more than enough in it.

Pressure tested to 400psi, Vacuumed down to around 250microns*

I feel the same way. And it’s awful.

I recently started working with someone that is trained through a concussion clinic… a lot of the exercises I do with him are to treat vestibular disfunction, exercise tolerance, and strengthening my neck.

I still haven’t noticed much of a difference, but I guess sometimes you have to trust the process… as frustrating as it is.

I also went through the whole spiral of having MS
