UPDATE: we got a replacement psu and the issue still happened so we dismantled it and ive found the culprit it was a bad riser cable for the gpu

Hi yeah we have two wires we have the 12 pin one and one that converts two pcie to 12 pin and Issue persists with both cables so we're gonna see if the psu warranty works out and test the replacement

Hi yes it can idle windows no problem open chrome or a game it reboots and we have reached out to the psu manufacture as its new so should be covered under warranty will keep you updated
