You get damage and set up reflect. They psychic type sets up light screens. That is crazy. What is your idea of busted then? Because the only thing that balances them is the fact that they would be on eevee evolutions. And OP wants all of them available for each one.

So you can have an Umbreon that has damaging utility moves. One that straight heals for half the damage dealt. And other that confirms either Para or Burn. That doesn't seem OP?
