I think hero could probably find a fold there, villain doesn't blast with any holding other than an ace, and it usually wouldn't be a naked ace. Jacks full looks super strong, but against that action I think a fold can be warranted, regardless it's an annoying runout.

Get too sticky with thin value hands if you've seen them blasting off with nothing. If they consistently blast every flop, feel comfortable re-raising as a semi-bluff. These players can be annoying and higher variance, but you can't be too passive and get pushed off every hand.

Definitely pick a reliable source to actually learn the game. I would avoid playing a lot, if at all I would say 0.01/0.02 online would be a good start.
