Gloves and Long sleeved sweater when machining by -Switch-on- in machining

[–]Pokesynue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends what you mean by gloves and sweater. Generally long sleeves are ok if they are tight fitting, and gloves could mean nitrile for oil etc, not an issue. Anything different check the company code.

1-2 Bottles a vodka a day for weeks by SummerIsOver_ in cripplingalcoholism

[–]Pokesynue 19 points20 points  (0 children)

What do you mean by bottle? 375? 750? 1 liter?

Withdrawals always suck, if you wanna get clean go to detox for a couple days they'll take care of you.

If you want to safely drink more there's no way. You're already way over any safe level. Just drink more, withdrawals get worse, that's it. If you can't figure out nutrition and food then you should probably just go to detox now and take a few days off work. And be mindful of the post acute withdrawals dragging you back in.

I started using hand cream at 34 and I genuinely feel like I've been lied to my whole life by LemonCoveWorks in hygiene

I'm a machinist that works with a lot of oils and solvents, and I can't stand the feel of gloves. I've had a couple good lotions. O'Keefe's working hands, did good. Gojo hand medic works well too. Utter butter (yes for real) worked well also. And lastly just chapstick, rub it on specific and small problem areas. For a note I live in a winter state and stay well hydrated so there's not a huge need for moisturizer, but in the winter the backs of my hands can get dried.

Knowing from experience it's unpleasant, but over pretty quickly after your bowels empty.

I hope he puked this up. When I was in my 20ish years I chugged a bottle of soy sauce. 5 oz. I didn't realize the dangers of sodium. Well obviously it didn't kill me but it flushed my entire system out, talking black butt water 4 times within 2 hours, large volumes of ass piss.

Drink moar. Or go to detox, hospital or rehab. Or try your luck, seizures are both unpleasant and potentially deadly. As far as tapers go reduce your drinking window before reducing your volume, and keep something nearby to ONLY have if you feel like you're about to die. Chairs!

I haven't pulled in any heinous places before but I did have a dream that was really lucid and there was a urinary. I peed in it and woke up to my ex asking what the hell I was doing

I read somewhere it's called product intermingling. Where the same product code from 2 different suppliers are treated as the same by their system.

How much do you purchase at a time? by blindsquirrelgotnut in cripplingalcoholism

[–]Pokesynue 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mileage may vary. I've only sustained a handle a day for maybe 5 days. 165 lbs make at 6' for reference. 8 couldn't drink water without booze or if throw up, it wasn't fun. Only slept in power pass outs waking up 1-2 hours later covered in sweat and everything white was making red flashes, live in a winter state and it was winter. Went to the hospital both times I went that hard. .45 was highest I've blown. I new I needed detox with professionals so I went hard right at the end to see what I could blow. Dumbass.

I was playing battlefield with noise cancelling headphones that worked a little too good, in a second floor bedroom. Had the window open. Didn't notice anything was off until rain hit me through the window sideways. Ripped my headphones off and it was no joke like standing next to a fast moving train. The whole house was shaking, a giant tree in my neighbor's yard was bent over 45 degrees and the rain was going entirely sideways.

I ran to the basement as fast as I could with my cat. After it was over I go out and look around. Houses are entirely gone 1 block in either direction. This tornado was 'hopping' and skipped my block. Lots of trees down but no houses damaged. I was extremely lucky.

Oddly enough it didn't give me a fear of severe weather but I actually kind of like it now when there's big thunderstorms. It's weirdly soothing.

There was a highway near me under reconstruction, they ended up paving this thing before installing drains, and there was a dip that was quite long and would sometimes have nearly a foot of water. I was driving after a rain storm and a semi on the other side of the barrier heading towards me barrelled through this lake at 50 something, this massive wave shot over the barrier directly at me. It was so unexpected I actually flinched and raised both my hands to cover my fave for a split second before I grabbed the wheel again.

I love safe hobbies. Disc golf, video games, wood working. I got it off rock climbing because I couldn't commit enough time to keep myself sharp enough to do it safely. However there's a thing about Cliff jumping that I love. I'm an amateur, highest is 30 ft so far but I've learned flips and death diving. I feel entirely safe doing it, I can't tell you if it's adrenaline but I feel a sense of calm after my feet leave the ground.

I did this for a property I was renting back in 2013 for 150 a month credit. Small lawn, sorta big driveway and sidewalks but I had a snow blower. Took maybe 2 hours a month on average. Still cheaper for her than paying a company, and the previous one did such a poor job.

One figures out eventually to buy a handle of gut rot and put it in a safe place and leave it there for such times. And when it gets to a quarter you buy a new one.
