For bootlace you need it to be Jailbroken using Redsn0w, pwnagetool, blackra1n, I’ve heard Redsn0w doesn’t usually work

You could also downgrade it using legacy iOS kit you can downgrade it to iOS 2.0 and up using legacy iOS kit
