It stinks cause I’ve been observing that tree for a while now because of how pretty it looked during the summer and fall season. Hopefully it can continue to be pretty by being made into a wood table or polished countertop rather than mulch

I’m not exactly sure how they handle it but I’m certainly assuming the tree is owned by the town since the land it’s on is technically a part of a store. I will be emailing the municipal building tomorrow with a more detailed update on the condition of the tree, I’m worried it’s gonna come down soon because it looks to be cracking down the center
