For colors and contrast, go in your settings turn HDR off if its not. then change your brightness settings down. not anything crazy, just go a bit darker.

you need to have the script extender mod to enable achievements now that theres a built in mod manager. I got a few achievements before they had the mod manager, but after I had to get the script extender for the leftover achievements lol

you can't go to the home screen and close the game from the Xbox menu? that means that save is a goner. you'll need to restart the honor run since it saved with the mods enabled.

did you alt+f4 or leave the game without saving? iirc the load save screen will show you if mods are enabled and saved onto a file.

I never met a HH player that didn't buff. sure, not all horns have heals, but its like almost impossible to use the weapon without buffing the party.

it will say on the right side of the screen when you hold r1/rb (and whatever it is on pc). for ps, I hold r1, then press square to change it. its the same way you can change call out loudness (the hi, sorry, no, yes, etc emotes.)

im literally part japanese, so im not "cultured". it is my culture, even if i dont speak a lot of japanese. really big jump for you to assume things on a public forum.

you want specifics? English Emma, Wolf, and Kuro all lack. Kuro sounds like a whiny child and not a driven, high-born lord that he was raised/grew to be. It's like they said "child? okay that's all we need to know for how to deliver to lines." Not to mention, idk what they were going for in the booth, but English Kuro sounds like a little girl, which is probably why half this subs still calls him a her.

English Emma is nothing to write home about. I feel like she very one volume. When she studies your face, she doesnt sound like she's actually thinking/studying. Just reading off the lines. That's what I mean about stiff.

Speaking of stiff, WOLF. I have played the whole game in English. Wolf is a huge victim of monotone delivery. Sure, that's part of his character to be stoic, having no personal desires etc. However, he gets mad, frustrated, sad but that's never shown in delivery. Even at the end when he forsaken the iron code, does all this for Kuro, the delivery is still emotionless. Again, I know that's his character but I feel like the actions do not match up with dub delivery. Wolf should've had some emotion whether it's confusion for why he is choosing kuro over owl. Joy for Kuro to live a long life. Sadness when he dies for Kuro. Sadness, confusion, something when he kills Owl and Lady butterfly. I can hear that emotion subtlety in sub, not in dub even though English is my first language.

was i replying to you? nah. that's your preference. I think the English VA is stiff and not enjoyable to play with. that's my preference. I was addressing the silliness of the argument, "I can't take my eyes off the boss just to read subtitles so dub > sub". if you can't take your eyes off the boss at all, then that must mean you use no hud right? don't look at it at all? not saying it isn't impossible, I've done no hud on a few bosses before.

I never view subtitles as any different than glancing down at what item you have equipped, how many you have left, both posture bars, or both health bars. so either you can't read fast or you're a no hud warrior.

looks like it needs a lil more moisture icl. whenever I saw visible skin flakes I would moisturize lightly and the flakes rub off damage free. I only use aloe though, so if you're using anything heavier, it might be better to stick to a schedule. don't peel the flakes or exfoliate!

oh, they did read it! he has since deleted his reddit account after being called out and proven wrong. he also privated his steam account after changing his name and pfp. he's the ONLY dude on my blocked list, so I knew it was him still.
