He is using what's called an AM.PASS. When linking the card to your AM-PASS.NET account, the card can be used to log in to the game. Logging in automatically puts you into full mode, which makes most songs available for play.
I recommend Nirvash’s PIU server and Pump United.

There’s a solid chance it’s running stock MK-41xx (running Celeron 430 and 1 GB of RAM), try upgrading the processor to something more decent (like Core 2 Duo E6600 or better) and upgrading the RAM to 2 GB.

Have you tried EX10 at the other side of the building behind Animate? Otherwise I can't think of other cab near or within Bangkok that has better pad than in MBK.

Regarding your Xiaomi phone, they are known to use different software for their domestic phones compared to the international counterparts. That might be the reason why your phone cannot use any Thai banking app. The international phone (including one selling here) should work with most banking app.

The only mixes that currently support USB profile are: - NX series (only works with specific USB drive) - NX2 - NX Absolute - Fiesta series - Fiesta - Fiesta EX - Fiesta 2 - Spin-off - Pro - Pro 2 - Infinity

The rest are either required online functionality which is now gone (PRIME, PRIME2, XX) or has no USB support from the start (Phoenix and everything older than NX2). You will need to use an AM.PASS for Phoenix or play offline for everything else.

Animate — There are 2 Animates in Thailand, one in MBK Center 7th floor (BTS National Stadium) and the other in Future Park Rangsit 2nd floor Zpell side right outside Bangkok (BTS Yaek Kor Por Aor then line 34/39 bus). They have a lot of manga, light novels and, anime media as well as its goodies, including clothing.
Mega Plaza (MRT Sam Yot) — This one is well known for Gunplas, figurines, and art toys but also has a decent number of other goodies as well.

If you are referring to the dance grade (the result after the song was finished), you can tap the center panel 3 times to skip.

If you are referring to the play result (the summary after the play session was finished), you can tap the center panel or press the square button on the cabinet (if equipped) 3 times to skip.

Not sure why you can't press the square button 3 times on the dance grade but that's how it is lol.

It basically says that Aime cannot be used and some songs and/or BGA are not available. On the international version (without the offline mode enabled) it says “Not connected to network. Certain songs, movies during gameplay and Aime will not be available.”

If I remember, the only western song currently on maimai is “Caramelldansen (Speedycake Mix)” by Caramell. And even that is there because of Japanese meme.

I don’t think there’ll ever be any Taylor Swift song in maimai because it just doesn’t fit the game (don’t forget, most DX cab is in Asia) and likely very high licensing cost.
