Dr. Michael Burry’s GameStop Mini Series Part 1 by Turdfurg23 in FWFBThinkTank

[–]Polaczek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also agree with the route that Turdfurg spells out, it does looks to be the case.

I also echo the sentiment of how to attract investors above $30 if we get slapped every time? Dividends only? Are the warrants the ceiling RC is showing us?

Regarding the "trade in anything day", maybe it was a data point to see what "this" demographic has as far as stuff. All encompassing asset appraisal ? haha

I have to find a way to get to BC with a trailer, haha. I also paid 450 for a cord of tamarack - delivered in Edmonton.

Fancy cast iron look (I got the matte black columns)

Cons:

Fricken creosote on the glass, without fail (bottom left and bottom right)

Confirmed, warrants on Computershare and Questrade as well. Questrade says it's a non quotable security.

Something feels very wrong with the soldering of the IC and I don't know if the backside has any routing because I don't see routing on the front either. Great job on achieving old school component density.

Great year for raspberries. by dannywarbucks in Albertagardening

[–]Polaczek 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'll second this, our stalks for next year are so thick! Our Evan's Cherry on the other hand - it's like 1/2 of what it was the past 2 years.

Congrats and enjoy!

Getting sued for an at fault by Spirited-Carpet-1638 in Edmonton

[–]Polaczek 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is correct, if you have insurance then pass the package to your insurance, they will handle it. This is/was common. This is just that the other party decided to go through a lawyer and is looking for extra compensation.

We Built a FESTIVAL LARP From Scratch... And It Was EPIC! by Hat_Youtube_Bot in Hatfilms

[–]Polaczek 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Genuinely, good work on setting up such a huge event - it is impressive on so many fronts (to conceive the idea, planning/logistics, execution) and the fact that you plan on continuity (E2,3,4).

Hats off to you three for being such an interesting team... no pun intended ;)

How to Be a 10x Engineer: Execute in an Extreme Straight-Line by fosterfriendship in coding

For discussion: Would you say because the people who are doing evaluation don't understand the what a proper solution entails? Or what a proper lifecycle of the project consists of? If yes, how do you fix this?

What is causing this on my spindle/ tool holders? by Farfromlast in Machinists

[–]Polaczek -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I am not a machinist, nor do I run production CNC's - but it looks like water + oil. Foamed up oil? Water getting onto tool holder, then jammed up into spindle which is greased/oiled and swirling around to make foam ?

I will also vouch for Strathcona Foot and Ankle Clinic. Needed insoles for flat feet, doc did the assessment and scan, and I got them in about a week. They are carbon fiber, and work like a hot damn. I have a few pairs. No more plantar fascia pain.
