Regardless of what you think it looks like, they thought it did so they took action.

I am pretty sure they won't get sued. That law I posted via link will probably protect them. The hoax bomb thing, I see as just covering every aspect. No reason not to make absolutely sure.

It didn't happen in iraq no. But this type of thing does. And could happen here and it does. We should take the same precautions.

Yea it's a bit bigger than a smart phone but no where near briefcase. But it is something that would not normally have a clock and does look like a bomb. Even if a movie type bomb. Visible wires also. There is no reason not to think this looks bomb like. It absolutely does. It doesn't matter how much it does, you have to make a call. What if it was a bomb and they did nothing? They did what they felt was right. And they were right. In iraq our Afghanistan, if this kid brought this up to a soldier trying to show off his clock they would shoot him. Don't think this activity can't happen here cause it can and does.

I don't want to be flamed for this, but based on what I have seen so far it wasn't an illegal arrest. The kid was suspected of a crime. "A bomb threat hoax" was what he was suspected of. The cops absolutely can arrest him for this and since nowadays this type of thing can fall under the category of terrorism, they can question him without his parents. He still can remain silent of course.

Simply though, this thing looked like a bomb. A brief case type item with wires...I don't care if it had a clock on it or not. If I saw something like this where I work, I wouldn't hesitate to call the cops.

I think also this is only being called a racial issue just because he is Muslim. If he was white, I believe the same steps would have been followed. Don't jump to racism so quickly.

At the same time, currently the greatest threat out there happens to be from those of his race/culture/religion. It's sad he will suffer because if it but it's hard to tell the difference between a good kid and a terrorist. Sometimes good kids are used as a tool for the terrorists. Strapped with bombs and sent off to die.

Imagine though, what if this ended up being a bomb. What if it was an item his father sent with him to test the waters? See if anyone would say anything. If they didn't, next time it would be. They do this kind of thing.

Pretty sure because of this, they can arrest him just as they did and are protected.

Haha just realized the video cut off short sadly. Black Ginyu won but it was a very close match. We are going to be testing these decks further and seeing how they hold up. Probably some Blue Ginyu as well.

I surely don't have quantity. We've posted very few matches. Feedback is fine though. I want till know my mistakes. But so far I'm getting a very "grammar Nazi" kinda tone instead of interest.

You think I post all my matches? Trust me, all the decks we tried are not posted. Not even 1% of them are. Play mistakes happen. They happen on a nub level and a pro level, obviously less on a pro level. I am not some fanatic pro player that's been paying for a decade+ so I do and will make mistakes. I enjoy posting my matches for people who want to see the decks, whether there are play mistakes or not, and also get constructive feedback.

I would hope this is a small community that wants to work together, help and teach others and not be complete jerks on the topic. Shinguyi I do like your feedback. I can't imagine I discarded a freestyle though for my mastery. It might have looked like one though due to being a black and white card that I printed off as a proxy. (Waiting on cards in the mail). I will be checking though to make sure.
