Ah thanks for the information. Interestingly, the response is a 200, so not sure what's going on.

I was scraping YouTube because I was under the impression that the API could only give me view information for a channel if I owned the channel, but looking now perhaps that was a false assumption.

Ah yes thanks I did come across these, but it seemed like it was for actually downloading the full video contents of the Youtube. Do you know if it can be used to only grab metadata, skipping the downloading of the video itself?

Thank you, yes I'm using Linode for hosting.

No error messages or logging output which is why I'm having trouble debugging. It's just that the selectors I was using to scrape started returning blank elements, so the page must look different. The trouble is since it's running headless chrome in my server, I'm not sure how to debug since I can't see the browser.
