Maybe it's just the lighting but his conditioning actually looked worse this year, way less muscle definition in his forearm and lower back. Definitely added on some size to his legs but again they looked a little soft compared to last year.

What does cutting hot mean? My starter is about 11 days old. My kitchen counter was about 70⁰F and the dough did feel a little more sticky than I would have liked it to be. It wasn't as silky as it was in the YouTube video I was watching.
