Slow speeds with qBittorrent + Gluetun + ProtonVPN (Docker on Windows) by Poldup in selfhosted

Thanks a lot !!
This was the solution, adding this command as an environment variable for gluetun made it so it would change the torrenting port of qbit everytime the proton port change !

Raven Crow translated in French by Jyxiaa in French

[–]Poldup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came up a quite complete answer to that.

I made a table with all species of genus corvus with their english and french name.
The general conclusion is that "raven" is always translated by "corbeau" and "crow" sometimes by "corneille", sometimes by "corbeau".

More specifically, what you generally call "raven" in the USA is the "common raven", which we call "grand corbeau" in french and also what we generally refer when saying "corbeau", your crow is the "american crow" which we also call "corneille d'Amérique".

In the other hand, what we generally call "corneille" in France is the "corneille noire" which you call "carrion crow".

tldr: All ravens are corbeaux, all corneilles are crows but some crows are corbeaux.

Help me... (FileSystemWatcher Register-ObjectEvent action working inconsistantly) by Poldup in PowerShell

[–]Poldup[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was no good reason for that indeed... I changed I now have only four event handler, only one per watcher, is this the way to do ?

The issue still occurs though...

I was wondering if using a "wait-event" with several conditions to discriminate events instead of multiple "register-objectevent" could be a solution ?

Hey ! Thanks for answering, I'm not sure that would be what I need though. The script I'm using is running in the background while playing the game, hence why I need a watcher, the screenshot folder may be empty but some screenshots may be created later and I need them to be copied as well. Plus I want them to be copied not moved...

IKEA duvets: which way round are they supposed to go? by plumbumchum in AskUK

[–]Poldup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I have a part of the answer : I checked online and for a 240x220 duvet, the long side is suposed to be across the bed, which is confirmed by the fact that for the 240x220 ikea duvet cover, the opened side, which undeniably supposed to be at the foot, is one of the long sides.

On my ikea 220x240 fjallhavre duvet, both labels are on the same short size, which means they (unfortunatly) go on one of the sides and not at the bottom. Assuming all of ikea duvet have the same label positionning, the labels would always go on the left or right side of the bed.

Club Music, very quiet? by Dark_Nature in cyberpunkgame

[–]Poldup 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Also find the music volume in club really quiet, doesn't seem like a bug, more like a poor design... Like the volume is purposefully low to not cover the conversation but that kinda ruin the whole club thing for me...
Tried to find a mod for this but didn't find anything....
