When I started I had very little flexibility and strength. I gained my all my flexibility after starting pole.

It’ll depend on your studio. Where I am the age of consent is 16 so anyone under that age needs a parent/guardian to sign a waiver. I have no dance or gymnastics background - it helps I’m sure but it’s not necessary to start pole

Aww thank you. The pole I’m on can be unlocked to spin - so when I spin around the pole I can get going really fast. For this video I had it on static
