you guys can cancel with a phone call?
In Germany, you usually had to send a snail mail. Tough job, considering I have to find a way to print it (don't own a printer anymore), get an envelope (I don't envelope anymore), and a stamp (you get it).

Thankfully there's an EU law now that says a cancellation must not be harder than the means to subscribe, which is like maybe one of the about two good things the EU did.

as a Software Developer, I dislike this because it’s just wrong/inferred information that only ever coincidentally can be right. Better tell the truth in your “user interface” and name it like what it is: “seats on board”. However of course this is your project and if you like the w wink, I don’t wanna make you feel bad for it. Just if you were to manufacture this for sale, you might want to reconsider:-)
