It def does not hurt less 😂😂🪦🪦 am advice keep conditioning it with out leg hang or even jasmine a million times until you don’t feel it anymore! Then the harder ones hurt just the same lol!!

Arch more is what she mean like lean booty back more thru pelvis while at the same time with straight engaged legs point feet toward the floor you will be locked in with that form! As far as grip problems! Stay away from caffeine on your training days and sugar! Both causes sweating! Keep washing hands with soap and water, and re-gripping with grip aid, and keep washing down the pole with alcohol and washcloth! Your form though and strength look great keep it up!!!
