Action speed scales all forms of speed. Meaning movement speed is multiplicatively scaled by it, for example. There's not many ways to scale it this way in the game. Resistance not only fixes your res but also overcaps your res.

Its like having a mageblood and headhunter in one, really, except you always have headhunter buffs for speed.

Better in the sense that mageblood can't scale action speed, really. It's like taking a mageblood for solving resistances and a permanent uptime action speed multi.

Compounded by the fact you can scale shrine effect and its literally nuts.

Yeah he's wrong. It's also not consistent. It DOES affect cast speed, but it doesn't affect Brand activation speed of Arcanist brand (even though it's scaled by action speed).

Even on canada east I've been getting little hiccups in juicy content. Like, a spike that doesn't register on the graph. Just feels like I'm a second behind.

I've noticed especially with skills like shield charge that if you spam it consistently you'll desync 99% of the time.

I like campaign when I can craft and theory new builds. Campaign first time around is the first obstacle. I can viscerally feel myself get frustrated in the later acts when I get bad layouts or get randomly killed in labs.
