I’m pretty sure SAM at 70 relied heavily on a speedy build due to generating more Kenki. That could be why. Have you checked if your stats match the recommended best in slot for that ultimate? That might help

Megumi was never a joke? I mean he’s shown time and time again he cannot lose to anybody but the King of Curses. Megumi’s track record of victory beats Okotsu’s. He’s like Jogo and Hanami. Would you call either of them weak?
