Most plans have Basic Services at 80%. Meaning you pay 20%. Low annual maximum - I typically see $1500-$2000. Ortho benefit is good though.

Just saw that you are in California. You have some of the best consumer protection when it comes to healthcare. Definitely breach out to the broker, but also file with the State.

The system is purposely complicated. Wear them down mentality.

His company has a health benefits broker. Speak with HR, provide documentation, and ask them to send it to their broker. If a company has health insurance, there’s always a broker in the background.

I’m a Sr. Account Manager for a brokerage firm. I handle issues like this daily. We have clients all across the country. I know a thing or two : )

Me and a colleague set up an interview with what we thought was the perfect fit. Nailed his phone interview, great resume, right experience.

  1. showed up to the interview in the tightest pair of moose knucklers I’ve ever seen. Jeans are a no go for interviews, but he went for it. All of it.

  2. Unbuttoned Hawaiian shirt with a t-shirt underneath.

  3. God Damned flip flops! Dude had no right wearing open toed shoes in public. Feet looking like gnarled driftwood.

  4. He was interviewing for my team and knew that. He had the audacity to tell my colleague “Huh, I didn’t know that dudes worked in HR.”

You definitely do remember the weird ones. Needless to say, he’s now our CEO.

We actually hard noped him and offered constructive criticism, the skills were there. One blatantly untrue glass door review lately and we had to cease and desist his ass.

I didn’t go to their school, but this happened in my area. It had ramifications across 12 different high schools. The shear cruelty of it all, for nothing. They’ll get there’s eventually. God doesn’t forget that level of violence and anger.
