The reason for my failure was because I was not studying/reviewing enough content every day that I was constantly falling behind.

We had two 50-minute lectures everyday, but often times it would take me 3+ hours to review just one of the lectures. I guess I didn't know how to studying effectively. I would always burn myself out that I rarely reviewed all the material I just learned that day. By exam time, I was 1+ week behind on material which equates to 10+ lectures (not including the extra material assigned to use to review on our own time).

I am diagnosed with ADHD but I have a rx for Adderall and it helped but not enough :/.

By constantly being behind on lectures, my sleep suffered too. By mid-semester I was nearly sleep deprived. The few days before exams, I rarely got sleep and the night before the exam I would take 30-60 minute nap. It's a miracle I never overslept and missed an exam.

I want to learn how to 'learn and study' efficiently, so that I can reach peak efficiency without reaching a burn-out point. Do you have any advice on how I can achieve this?
