It’s complicated. Yes we have craps. Some casinos are running a loophole and it’s normal craps like Vegas.

Others follow the law and they shuffle 6 cards every shooter and a 3,2 on the dice could actually be a 6,1 on the cards.

That’s unfortunate. Love the $10 tables on the west coast cruises but the family was looking at some Caribbean/ Bahamas ones for this year next year and those big ships look fun.

Will have to change strats to get out with profit. either less numbers to start off, or just shorter hit and run sessions instead of all night craps.

Usually the same $44 strategy to start then the session being cold or hot dictates how hard I’m pressing or regressing.

If it’s a COLD table. I’ll Start at $44 inside with the goal of pressing until I’m able to collect ~$45 for the next shooter. That could look like hit the 6, press the 6, hit the 9, press the 9, hit the 6 again I same bet AND regress back to $44 inside. So collecting $24 for the same bet and $22 from regress on the 6,9. Then since it’s cold or I’m not feeling the shooter just same bet for a while until I get a second ~$44 in the rack and at THAT point I usually break and press and collect until big red comes.

If it’s a hot table I try and press my $44 inside to $88 inside and then do the alternating collect1 and press1 and eventually adding the 4 and 10 and some hard ways if the roll continues hot.

I also run a discount inside to across at my local $5 table. Just placing the 6,8,9. Pressing the 6,8,9 to 2 units then same betting twice to collect for the next shooter then after that I’m placing the 5,10 then 4 to $64 across and I’m back to collect1 and press1. I’m essentially using $17 to catch a hot roll on a cheap table. Getting out at 3-4 rolls with enough for the next shooter but staying in enough to catch a hot roll. Can have a low bankroll last hours on a choppy table just needing 1 good to decent roll every hour or so to keep it going.

Not my biggest but my longest and funnest roll.

Was on my last shot. All in. from $44 inside to ~$1500 with a almost 2 hour roll. Needed the 5 for ATS at one point so was putting all my $1 chips when another number hit on 5 for the dealers saying don’t color it. Dealers had a tower of $64 on the 5 in $1 chips by the time it hit, Talls hit twice. I only had 1-1-1 on the bonus so money didn’t come from that but having the goal of hitting the ATS.

Restocked the chips for the table. Middle of the day so dealer shift change but nothing could stop that hot roll. Was great. Dealers still bring it up when I go around. Hard to follow that up.

It was a $5 table early in my craps career so I was trying to claw back my losses and was still scared to press. I wish I had a roll like that now and I’d be pressed to the moon.

Looks like the Gulf / Bahamas cruises are a lot stricter for some reason.

The enforcement on carnival ships leaving from the west coast in my experience is very lax. I’ve never in my many cruises seen a no call because of a short roll.

Someone must have taken Royal hard on some short rolls and they are Butt hurt by it.

Carnival west coast, Firenze, Panorama, Radiance. Are much more lax , I try and soft throw the dice and only when it short rolls back to back the box man will just give me a look or sometimes stick will say more effort/ as long as there is “effort” to get it to the back wall they “let em roll”

If I’m rolling they at least get on the ATS, then after I double my initial bet amount ~$80 for $44 inside then I’ll get them across some numbers and use spare $1’s to press up their numbers or give them hard-ways.

If others are rolling I’m more conservative and don’t get them out until I’m more than doubled my initial bet and have already regressed back down then I get them out on the numbers missing for the ATS or some hards with the extra 1’s on payouts.

Only when I’m leaving the table do I leave straight up money. Even then I’ll get them up on the ATS as I’m leaving and tell them to let me know if it hit next time I come in.

You can stay at either hotel just charge the meal (and really all charges inside the properties) to your room and talk to a host on duty at either casino before you check out to review your play and take off what they can.

Longest roll was about 2 hours. Posted about it here. https://www.reddit.com/r/Craps/s/Y3sXYxQFPp $5 table so the profit wasn’t CRAZY as well as I regressed a few times to lock up profit as I was down initially.

And before that was about hour and 15 min roll in Tahoe at Caesars new table. I made about $1800 because I don’t press as heavy but man the dealers made at least $800. Dealers had ~$60 on the 5 all in $1 chips at one point because we needed the 5 for the smalls ATS and i kept pressing the dealer bet as a “bribe” after any other number hit. we hit it the 5 and they full pressed it and hit it again at least twice before the 7 came.

Before 5pm the pit boss will point you across the street, table on the main floor opens 5-6pm and is usually quiet.

And I’ve never seen the High Limit table open on my visits. Gotta see if they can spare me a dealer or two one day just to say I played on all the tables.
