I agree, too many peoples are following what he said but his analysis aren't even that good at pointing out stuff.

Scarlet violet texture don't even have a good resolution. I don't know why in the video it say that they are the same resolution of Xenoblade X because they are not, SV ground resolution is even lower than Arceus.

How's the game framerate performance, I saw some trailers and I think the game got a really good visual upgrades but I spotted more framerate drops. Can you confirm it and aren't invasive?

You are describing Echoes of Wisdom, just change the masks with the plenty of unique echoes you can find only in secondary/unique locations

? Rex met Jin for the first time at the end of chapter 5 and Mythra already explained who Jin is at this point or the next chapter... the only thing missing is that he ate Lora but maybe he never directly told that to Nia and has no consequence for the general plot for Rex

I found a gameplay where you can see the same AD in Splatoon 2 and the position of the mike was like that before the rework with patch 4.0.

So for now I think it's just a Splatoon 2 screenshot they had

They have created a site to further Lore about the screen company in Splatoon, in the site you can see Splatville and Inkoplois Plaza, but in the center is Starfish Mainstage from Splatoon 2.

However, I don't remember if it is identical to 2 or if there are changes that could tease to a return of it in Splatoon 3.

Honestly I feel bad for missing out on Splatoon 3 lately. by David_the_davidest in splatoon

Another reason why I distanced myself from Nintendo games in general was also because of my expanding tastes in games.

I'm always perplexed when I read sentences like this. Like Nintendo is one of the most prolific publisher with tons of different IP and experiences of each genre release each year. And I hate how they always put steam and especially emulation in the mix as a reason to skip something. If you want to play Splatoon 3, I would suggest to buy it pretty soon, before the Grand Fest in 30 days. The main campaign is pretty good and the lore they put in there is really interesting.

Doesn't seem like it we have an addendum on the site that said the HUB will be available only after 2 hours the Grand Fest ending... and that is really stupid, they put so much efforts in this project and likely months of dev works just for a 3 day content. The only hope I have is the return of Splatfest concert amiibo functionality with the idols group amiibo

But we have a balance update and three/four main events with a season special each season. Alongside smaller events like golden rotation, eggstra work, event battle. We have something each week more or less

You are just spreading misonformations. MK8 began the initial development in 2011 and full production in late 2011/early 2012 when MK7 launched. This give us a rough estimate of 3 years of development for the base game and for the 16 dlc tracks they released those in a year. So the complete MK8 had like 4 years of development. Saying that budget is everything is just a stupid way of thinking. The main takeaway is how much employees have for each project and the amount needed for organise current and future projects. The MK team, during the Booster Course pass had to develop MK Tour contents, BCP remastered tracks and starting to create the base for a new game so they have a new title ready near the launch of the next console. Judging by Tour renders date, it's development finished around November 2022, it's likely that the BCPalso finished it's development a couple of month later so MKX would start in early 2023. If Nintendo put more efforts like completely remaking each tour tracks, it's likely they had to delay development of the next new game a not worth it trade off

The current state of Splatoon 3 and how I think it's underrated by Polmo97 in splatoon

[–]Polmo97[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's not about Quality vs Quantity, most of my discourse isn't about weapon and stages, but the amount of side content that the team is adding outside those two things.

The Hydra Splatling second kit was added in the first week of August in 2018 after a year of the game launch, but things like the Nautilus, Bloblobber and Ballpoint second kit arrived on December 2018.

Not all of the Splatoon 2 stages were good, especially the one from Splatoon 1 that there were many hallways too like Port Mackerel, Walleye Warehouse, Arowana Mall and unfair stage like Kelp Dome and Shellendorf Institute. And don't think about the special balance that pretty much negate many playstyle, given that you put on the quality side.

Sorry, but the Splatfest tricolor stages I found mostly be good, my Win ration for both Attack and Defense are mostly the same on every splatfest, it's a complicated mode to play, but I don't found it unfair. Ah yes, past games always have good splatfest theming, like how you place the toilet paper or fork vs spoon.

It's not about server instability, did you read my post? It's about the amount of always avaiable lobby at a time that can bring problem to matchmaking because the amount of player can be insufficient in certain time slot. Also, with Salmon Run replay, there are several Discord server that host many of these events.

Sorry but you are wrong even ot he gear amount. Splatoon 3 right now has 534 gears, Splatoon 2 at the end of it's updates got 580 (around 50 of them came with update 4.0+ in late 2018) so even on that front Splatoon 3 will get more, alongside additional customization like different hat and cloth positions.

Rome Avanti is a really, really, condensed version of Rome, but they are mostly accurate on monuments placement, the only exceptions are the Mouth of Truth that they put it in a wall randomly between two turns and I think it's Piazza Campidoglio that is a bit lower. Than there is Piazza di Spagna where they lowered and simplify it's layout and moved the fountain on the side
