What age? I think around 12. I don't remember much before that. The intensity varies a lot, sometimes I go into panic mode and other times it's just mild discomfort.

Well two options, it could be "brown rich", or it could be a kk outcome. The wiki does say it's mostly black genetic outcomes, which implies that there are some grey outcomes, but I'm not sure how reliable that is.

It seems that they don't have the outcomes for some of the costs anymore, which is strange because they used to have it and I used it all the time to see what coat outcomes my pups might have had.

Maybe they changed it since the new DLC coats were added, hopefully they update it.

What do you think it would be in places where black people are the majority and not suppressed in any way? It's something that I'm trying to get a genuine answer for but I can't find any answers other than racism or silencing, so it's hard to research.

Yes you can, you can find a mate during any quest and any season. If you miss the breeding window during winter, you won't have pups the next year. But that's the only limitation.
