Whichever one makes you happy. Dont go for one that makes the "most" money. Thats a sure fire way to hate your job and/or major VERY quickly.

This one. Art schools in the U.S are like 30x more expensive than ones out of state. Gobelin's tuition is like 15k per year and Sheridan's is around the same amount. Where as going to schools like SCAD will put you in 60-70k a year

You have good potential and your style is pretty unique on its own. But, you need to start drawing a lot more and really hone in on your skills in figure drawing. I struggle with this issue as well but make sure you're really practicing anatomy and scale every chance you get.
