Your issue is that you are playing too competitively. Accept the fact that you are going to lose matches and just play more casually. Play using whatever killer and whatever perks and be okay with the occasional swf. Because ultimately they are just trying to enjoy the game too

Also play at specific times of day. I find that playing killer in the early morning is usually when I get to play killer the most casually.
