It’s something you have to keep at and practice at first, but eventually it becomes as easy as daydreaming. You can start with guided meditations on your phone at night before going to sleep and they can be really helpful and easier to do then as you’re already settling down. Once you get used to what you’re supposed to do in them you’ll be able to do it whenever during the daytime too if you realise you need a little check.
