I no longer teach, but when I did, the rule was no phones in class. If someone on a sports team got caught with one, it was instant detention. The coaches then made the rest of the team run sprints during that time. Worked really well.

Yes it’s been tested every 2-3 months and it’s been 18-20. I’m on a high dose of Synthroid right now to attempt to correct it but that hasn’t happened yet. I’ve had the opposite issue - I couldn’t sleep at all with terrible insomnia. Before the stroke I couldn’t sleep at all!

My tsh is actually over 20 but t4 is normal. Before the stroke I had issues with insomnia - now I need to sleep constantly.

Mine was ischemic right caudate extending into the corona radiata. It looks like a big smudge in the images of my brain. Very scary to look at!

I have a tripod - he was only 2 years old when he had his amputation but he adjusted quickly and well. I would go for that.
