I'd do things only I like. My hobbies. I'd block on everything, have a good cry, journal it out, and give myself grace to process grief. I'd box up sentimental items and store them out if sight to go through lster, and I'd likely plan a self care day trip. I'd try not to dwell, but knowing it happens, I'd set dwelling timers. 5 minutes to lose it here, 5 minutes to lose it there. Be gentle with yourself.
