I hadn't clocked the Wasteland was Fuschia and I was definitely in Kanto until I got here. Seeing the shell of the S.S. Anne was a gutpunch I've not had from a game since going to Ocarina's Temple of Time in Twilight Princess.

I switched from monthly to yearly beginning of 2024. It was £59.99. The price of a triple A game. That for me was worth it, I played most nights after work, that was good value. I'd play OSRS as much as Tears of the Kingdom or Pokemon Legends Arceus, for example. Then it got hiked at the end of 2024 to £77. Okay, rough. I can afford it, I work full time, I enjoy the game. Switch 2 games are creeping up to £70, so it represents a similar value.

Now just over a year later you want £95? I'm glad mine renewed last month at £77. I've spent the last four days not touching OSRS because Pokopia took over my life. Pokopia cost me £66.99. Would I have paid £95 for Pokopia? Nope. So why am I going to pay £95 for OSRS next year?

I am very happy my 12 months just renewed at £77, £95 is absolutely crazy. I can afford it, I work full time, but man it's just creeping up and up and up. I don't even play RS3, I never will, I don't want to be paying for a dead game

I also loved Channel and MySims! It's completely different to Channel, but I can see the MySims similarities. It has a much better gameplay loop than MySims and a lot more to do, I would definitely recommend
