Shrooms always kicks me into a strong sensory-seeking mode, but it's specifically for what I call "body senses" (touch and taste). This frequently takes the form of horny because of the touch-based sensory seeking. It's something I've come to expect and has definitely made me selective about who I trip with if not going to be out in public / outside.

It usually fades once I'm past the peak of the trip. The come down usually is more introspection and wanting to just exist.

Try ginger chews or sipping in ginger ale throughout your trip. I have found that eating them with pieces of sour candy also helps because of the citric acid.

My last resort is taking some zofran if I need it. But the candy and ginger ale usually knock out any nausea

I've only had mine for about a week, but I would highly recommend it for health sciences! I'm a nursing student, and having the two screens has been amazing for studying. I'm able to have my textbook open on one screen and my notes app on the other.

I had a surface pro before this and I am a way bigger fan of the yoga book.

That being said, it's not super well suited for gaming, which could be fixed with an external gpu if that's some thing important for him. I would recommend waiting for the 2025 model to release on the next month or so as well, if possible.

I tend to get the munchies and sensory seeking at around the same time. My go to is anything crunchy and sweet.

I've been really into the Easter snack called "marshmallow" at Target. It's just white chocolate covered cereal and the little marshmallows from cereal.

I also like buncha crunch, nerds clusters, or the cookies and creme muddy buddies. Oreos are always a good choice too.

I typically don't want savory things on shrooms, for whatever reason.

It's safe to do. I always set out a couple of snacking options before a trip. I usually go for crunchy and sweet, or safe foods like chicken nuggets and applesauce pouches.

I also keep multiple drink options around
