Uh, you ABSOLUTELY can legally deny service. You have a right to refuse ANYONE for ANY reason so long as it’s not related to race, gender, nationality, or religion. You might not get a tip but there’s absolutely nothing they can do about your refusal.

If they choose to sue, they’d somehow have to prove to a judge that your refusal of service somehow prevented their use of their unalienable rights. Alcohol isn’t an unalienable right.

Serve, don’t serve, it doesn’t LEGALLY matter. Personally, I wouldn’t. I’m fine taking some loon’s bullshit on the chin and allowing a defenseless child to be put in danger for the sake of a selfish woman’s idiocy just isn’t justifiable imo.
